"It started at 9 pm the night before project was supposed to start, Bobby texted to let me know he would not be starting until the next day even though the security deposit was to secure the start date. Vague contract led to differences in understanding of what project entailed, and lack of transparency during the project did not allow for me to make a call in the moment on the issue, which was one part of the project. Bobby was not willing to compromise on a solution. He was wanting to unfairly charge me another several hundred dollars when he had responsibility in the issue as well. He was threatening in his tone at the end of the project to collect his fees stating he would not leave premises until he was paid. Very unprofessional."
