"Renters Beware---I don't feel comfortable leaving my loved one here, as it appears the office has been ABANDONED and there are no staff!!! No one ever answers or returns calls! No property manager and no answer or voicemail setup for maintenance number. There is never anyone in the office. There is a sign on the door they open at 9am but they never come until it's time to collect rent on the 2nd and 3rd. It is not good business practice and not a good place for seniors, especially when the fire department can't even reach them in real emergencies. A few weeks back, elderly and disabled residents had to be evacuated by the fire department and they were not even able to reach anyone from this company! When residents move in, there is no freight elevator, so movers charge extra to go up stairs. If you submit work orders, they have to send workers from another property. What is going on?"
