"My son flooded the bathroom above our living room, which caused damage to our ceiling. This was a brand new house that was only a few months old. Called John and he came out that day to give an estimate of the repair work. My only request was that the patch job was seamless and I didn’t want to see any evidence that the ceiling had been repaired. He found a way to fit me into his already busy schedule the following week. He and his crew were friendly and professional. My wife and I were extremely happy with the repair work. Thanks again. "Needs additional knowledge about what paints to use.. Used water-based paint over wallpaper. Paper buckled and will need to be taken down before repaint. Seams of wallpaper not covered because not his responsibility. Made excuses rather than 100% buy in on solutions. Quoted one price in writing verbally changed price on first day of painting. Originally one week paint job ended up 2.5 weeks. On average came in at 10, took time for lunch/ Lowes and left by 4. Spent much of his time on phone with most of conversations not related to his website profession. Was suppose to paint bedroom, dressing room, and bathroom but I didn't have anymore time to give. Used low end quality paint. I would not recommend him unless job is simple because he did not demonstrate knowledge over more challenging paint projects. We paid a painter we did not pay a professional painter."
