SYNC at Ten Oaks

"Don’t rent here! I’m speaking from experience our leasing experience with Sync at Ten oaks has been the worst thus far! Upon moving in our apartment I mentioned to Tiffany the Assistant manager at the time that I was not happy with our unit. The unit was not cleaned properly it was as if we moved in right on top of the previous tenants! All the appliances needed to be replaced which we did have to get a new microwave and refrigerator after they stop working within the first month. On top of that we had an incident with mold and was later charged almost 1,300 for mold remediation. This was back in July. Jorge the property manager has the worst attitude, he’s very rude and dismissive. He speaks to you as if you’re beneath him. This company is all about money! I have yet to receive a call back from corporate to rectify this situation. I left multiple messages. You’re always at fault based on their leasing agreement . Be aware before you sign anything! You will be responsible and at fault for everything! Save your money you will end up paying more than your apartment is worth and if an issue arises they won’t let you out of your lease without adding additional unreasonable fees!"

"My experience here the past 2.5 years has been excellent the staff is the best part from Jorge too his assistant and even maintenance staff they are all so friendly and have all have accommodated everything that I have asked for in a quickly time manner best apartment community ever would definitely recommend to anyone looking!"

"SYNC at Ten Oaks is a very welcoming environment! The staff/maintenence here go above and beyond for the safety and comfort of tenants! The apartment units are very nice and spacious. The grounds are well-kept through each season. However, having a 1st floor apartment has it's pros/cons. But, you will love it here!"

"Me and my friend are looking for housing and came across this property . I’d say Jorge was very attentive as soonest we made an appearance . He showed us around the property and answered all of our questions we had as first time renters. The customer service at this property is amazing he made sure we were well taken care of before we walked out the door. I’d definitely recommend other family members and friends to this property . Keep up the good work !!!"

"I had scheduled a tour via their leasing bot because they don’t answer. The man (Jorge)was LATE coming back from lunch. He was supposed to be back by 3 and didn’t show back up until 3:15. Then he tells me tour are canceled because of the rain and it’s not even raining anymore. The sun is out. I told him that is something they should communicate with the folks that does the leasing text. I wouldn’t move here because of him. His whole little nasty attitude was uncalled for. If he doesn’t want to work and do his job, then I suggest he find another because this one isn’t for him."
