"No dishwasher for over a year No screens on windows or door like the rest of complex Garage disposal leaking daily. Red mud soon as u walk to door They charge money to clean carpet You have to pay monthly for a screen door They think because it’s quite means no maintenance or concerns will be heard. No one emails, call or nothing from company like it’s ran by a robot. No human help"
"Very nice, nice staff, maintenance is friendly. Get an end unit though. Your bedroom is next to someone's living room. Stereos are annoying (on purpose) late night early morning unless you work overnight. Instructional tapes, video games..entitled clique people do not care and will lie. Be prepared to potentially come up with your own solution to block noise. You could be on your own. This place is great other than that. Keep your sanity and be a good neighbor. I would recommend this complex to sane and neighborly, responsible adults. Those who value themselves without boundary issues. No clique, cult people who have a pass on any behavior. "Extra Extra read all about it, No problems here for 2 years that I been here, Quiet little area don't get me wrong your gonna hear the ambulance pass by on the main road, I really haven't seen a cop may be once since I been there. no signs of roaches, reptiles or unknown creatures, some people there like to BBQ they don't share there food..smh.. lol Management just changed, really don't know the new guy.."
