"I had a complicated issue with my plumbing. They sent two guys out here and they ran an auger through the pipes but couldn’t resolve the issue. They spent a bit of time trying but couldn’t figure it out. They could’ve charged me almost triple what they did for the time they were here but instead they charged the minimum possible which I was very grateful for. I have to say just for that I would definitely use them again"

"The work was done and I paid (5/26). The bill was out of sight! The guys who came were nice; but not sure of their knowledge. I did find a mounting problem after they left. I called the office and spoke with Joseph explained that I needed an explanation of my bill and he said he would look over it and call me back.....which he did not! Called him back after couple days...he did not answer, I left message I called the office and asked who was the Mgr I needed to talked with him because Joseph has not returned my calls. She sent my call to Richie..he did not answer. I left a message. Also told him one of the toilets was not mounted correctly. He never has responded; but he told the guys who came to go back and reseal etc the toilet. They came the next morning and it was fixed in 30 min or less. My bill was almost $800 and I just don’t see how that is possible I had originally just asked for an explanation....they still have not called. I’m totally overwhelmed and disappointed"
