"UPDATE: Unfortunately, I can't continue to say that Kinstone is great. The resident behavior (on behalf of a few) causes this place to feel unsafe and disruptive in the middle of the night. Mgmt. (Justin in particular) points fingers at the residents who are trying to stop the middle-of-the-night loud behavior instead of putting a stop to it. So for the sake of 2 buildings worth of paying renters here, I'm sharing this update publicly until Kinstone River management does their job, and makes this place safe and peaceful for everyone who pays to live here. Additionally, be warned, that we have had a rash of thefts in the neighborhood with my downstairs neighbor having all four of her car tires stolen in the middle of the night as well. Cameras on the gates might help Mgmt/Cobb PD identify the criminals and jerks in our community, but none are here so it must not be a priority for mgmt to know. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Love it at Kinstone River! I've never had every person in an apt building I moved into come out to say hi, but my sweet neighbors have here and I'm so grateful for all of them. The staff at Kinstone River is fantastic too! I met Ashley and her dad on Thanksgiving on the way to the airport, and sure enough, a week later I was signing a lease here. Everyone in maintenance and the front office is fantastic and so kind. You can't beat the location either, steps away from the Braves stadium and the Chattahoochee River national park, there's fun in any direction. Come see the balcony on your new apartment here, and you'll understand why we love this neighborhood so much! I'll be here, for more than a few years, and so many neighbors feel the same way. Thank you Ben for creating a safe place for people to live where they can afford a great apartment with amazing neighbors and fantastic amenities. Kinstone rocks. :)"

"I have lived at Kinstone River for several years. I absolutely love everything about living here, hence why I continue to renew my lease! It is a perfect location with access to all the major highways. Here are some of the things I love most about living at Kinstone: - the super responsive and friendly staff - the superb and always prompt/on-the-ball maintenance team (never a job left undone and always completed with excellence) - the neighbors! We have the best neighbors here!!! Everyone is always friendly and ready to lend a helping hand ! - the events and amenities.. so much fun! - how safe it feels. I have always felt very safe living here. - the apartment itself is so nice. I have lived in 4 different apartments here at Kinstone, as our family has continued to grow, and I can say firsthand that the one, two AND three bedroom apartments are spacious and cozy. - surrounded by nature and wildlife amidst the city! Love all the trees here, access to trails and the river. - the grounds are extremely well KEPT. I have spoken with the owner of the landscaping company that Kinstone partners with, and he shared with me that he always tries to hone in on the details of beautifying a property- all I can say is, it shows! "Kinstone River Apartment Homes has by far been the best place to live! I moved to these apartments from New York and although it was a scary transition, Kinstone made sure to make it as smooth as possible! I am approaching my second year of living on the property and will be upgrading to a 2BDR in December. I honestly do not see myself moving any time soon! Best decision I have EVER made! :D"

"Kinstone River Apartments are ideally located with access to several major highways. There are many outdoor and indoor activities a walk or short drive away. At first I had concerns about traffic issues around the stadium but after living here for several seasons I barely know when a game is happening. The management team cares about the tenants and makes living hear a joy."
