"Not even worth one star. This is worst room I'd ever stayed. I had to clean flooded room every single time when it rains. I had to clean flooded floor all by myself. And A/C does not work well. So I asked apartment staff for a new A/C remote controller, which I haven't get it yet. They said remote controller will be here in two or three days, however, it has been over 3 weeks(probably won't be able to get it burning my stay), still I do not have it. I asked work staff here but they did not reply. Almost for a month, I am still living in this room with no A/C. If you want to develop patience and perseverance, I recommend this room. I lost my patience in this room. I chosed this place because I was looking for a place close to the school. But now I really regret it. Being in the room is painful and difficult. Every day is hot, cold and stuffy. People who works here does not care or have responsibility to care residences' comfort. They are only care about the monthly rental fee. Communication with apartment staff is highly difficult. List of room condition. 1. A/C does not work well 2. The Room gets flooded when it rains. 3. No Ice. ( No Freezer, They didn't even tell me there isn't Freezer when I move in) 4. Very Bad Internet 5 HIGHLY DIFFICULT COMMUNICATING WITH STAFF or HOST(They do not care about you) 6. Very Expensive for this very bad room condition. And now, I am very worried about my Deposit because they might not be giving me back my Deposit. PLEASE SIGN UP, IF YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR TEMPER!!!!!"

"I found this property through Emory’s off-campus housing website, and the listing stated that the apartment was furnished. AVOID THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX AT ALL COSTS!!! BEWARE: FURNISHED APARTMENT MEANS NO CHAIR. Upon moving in, there was no chair. I texted the landlord on 1/11 (no response) and 1/12 to which the response was "the lady wasn't feeling well and the chair would be delivered by me Saturday or Sunday." No chair was delivered, and I reached out on 1/18, 1/20, and 1/21. I finally received a response on 1/21 stating "my lady is still out...I was bringing you a chair as a courtesy. It's not ridiculous because a chair was never included there nor is it on your lease." If you look at the photos included in the listing, there is a white chair pictured, so I thought it was very reasonable for a chair to be included in a furnished apartment. Future texts about the chair never netted me a response from the landlord. I never received a chair during my time in the apartment and had to purchase my own. BEWARE: LONG WAIT TIMES FOR RESPONSES DURING POWER AND WIFI OUTAGES On 3/10, upon returning from work, there was no power. All neighboring buildings had power and the weather was fine; only 1743 N. Decatur Road did not have power. I texted on 3/10 and 3/11 and called the landlord 3 times and left messages each time, and I was totally ignored. The apartment was cold. I had to get my father to call the landlord who immediately picked up and told him he was working on resolving the issue. It is ridiculous that the landlord won't answer any of my calls and texts or provide any updates and that my father had to call to hear anything back. The power was out for 1.5 days. On 3/27, the wifi was down with Xfinity providing error messages of "your bill is past due and service has been suspended." I pay my rent and associated utilities, including wifi, on time, and again I was given no response by the landlord after repeated texts, which included the error messages. The landlord only responded when the wifi was down for the second day. I moved out on 5/8 and have been asking for my security deposit back since then. The landlord told me by GA law, he has 30 days to return the deposit. On 6/9, I was told by the landlord that it was going to be mailed out on 6/10. Edit: The mailed out check never arrived. I received my deposit on 7/4 via Zelle after much patience and many back and forth exchanges. Landlord wanted me to delete this review before he would return the deposit. As this review is nothing but the truth, I am adding this edit to modify a prior statement of the deposit not yet been returned. Nobody should have to go through what I had to go through. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!!!"

"I thought I'll never like this place, but to my surprise it turned out to be a wonderful place. I really enjoyed my two month stay and had a wonderful time. The owners were very kind and friendly. The environment is so serene that I always stay outside for long to restore my inner peace. My room is nice and comfortable. I'll come again next time I'm in town probably with my wife. It was a wonderful stay."

"As an exchange student, this is undoubtedly the most comfortable place I have stayed. I stayed at this place for 9weeks and it was so comfortable. It was so secured, nice rooms, fantastic location, awesome customer service. Name it.... Above all, I did not need to go far for any reasons. Wonderful experience!!!!"
