"DO NOT RENT WITH THEM! If I can leave 0 stars, I would. Moved here from NJ, and it's sad to say that this was the wrong apt choice. Gun shots almost every other night. The management company is not professional. Maintenance doesn't do their job. The vent in my bedroom hasn't worked properly for the duration of my stay, and nothing was done to fix it. The office lies constantly. READ YOUR LEASE AGREEMENT! These people are MONEY HUNGRY AND WILL ROB YOU. Sandra Pace is the absolute WORST!. When I moved out she lied and said that I owed her over $600 and then when I cracked down on her and called her on her lie she then refunded me partial payment from my deposit. I was charged a cleaning fee which was deducted from my security deposit which shouldn't have been because the lease states that you have to thourougly clean your apt when you move out and if it isn't up to standard then you'll be responsible to hire a cleaning service. I cleaned, mopped, wipped down disinfected, etc, removed all garbage, furniture, etc. There were no damages to the apartment, and I was still charged a fee. I asked for a receipt for the cleaning service over a month ago and still have not received one, and now Sandra does not reply to my emails or calls. I reached out to the cleaning company, and they told me that Sandra overcharged me, and i'm assuming that's why she is no longer answering my calls or emails because she robbed me. There was a small hole in the carpet in the other bedroom, and Sandra said I would have to replace the entire carpet because they did not patch holes anymore, which I agreed to. I'm still waiting for my receipt for that as well. She sent me an estimate for the carpet and charged me over $300 for the carpet. This is after she tried to scam me to pay for carpet replacement throughout the entire apartment when she told me 3 times that I only had to replace 1 room. When I called her out on her lie she became very aggressive and told me that she never said that they can replace just 1 carpet in the apartment, which was another lie because I had to pay for a carpet cleaning service. Why would i pay for the carpet to be cleaned, give her the proof (which is required) just for them to tear the carpet up and replace it? I have been emailing Raven as well in regards to obtaining my receipts, and she, too, has been ignoring me. I understand that she is new. But she still has a responsibility to give me what I am requesting, being that she works for the company. They also allow anyone who doesn't live in the community to use the pool, so be careful. I was told by a tenant that there was a shootout (a few months prior to me moving in) at the pool from people who did not live in the community. Also, the pool was shut down because strangers came to the pool and threw an entire party. Overall, it was just a horrible experience, and Sandra Pace has made it a nightmare. I repeat, DO NOT RENT WITH MILGEN VILLIAGE"

"I've been here since June of 2020 besides being on the 4th property manager, haven't had much issues. Usually pretty quiet and neighbors are friendly. Appreciate the property mangers we have had that actually do things for the complex such as community events. Affordable priced compared to the rest of Columbus."
