"Mr. Carlos C. Is A great asset to the maintenance department. I have been here for several years and you all now have the best maintenance team since I have been residing here including Mr. Leo. Whenever I have A maintenance issue, I call the office, maintenance is sent out the same day. If issue can't be resolved that day, maintenance comes out and make sure it's done with 24 hours including air conditioning and heater. Thank you all very much."
