MAA Lake Lanier

"We have lived here for 3 plus years. Just recently, we moved to another apt here We could have chosen another apt complex but loved it here so much we didn't want to leave. The Apts are roomy . The staff are great and neighbors welcoming. Staff and vendors go beyond when you need help fixing things and are quick to respond. They have police living here who make you feel safe and secure. When our floors needed to be redone the man who came to replace them was quick and professional and thorough and quiet, in fact I was able to sleep 90% of the time he was here as I had been hurt and needed rest. Any issues we had were properly handled and quickly. It is pleasant and quiet.. this place is in a terrific location as grocery, clothes shopping, schools and restaurants are extremely close and could be walked to in many situations. You could swim in 2 pools ,have a child's playground, convenient trash dumps, enclosed and neatly kept . Mail Is in walking distance. The landscaping is quite lovely and well maintained. Staff are reachable daily and have a portal for emergencies and maintenance requests 24/7. . Recently they have started having neighborhood events to get people together and often have free snacks, even meals and entertainment. It is rare to find an apt that offers so much! I am happy here. I was fortunate enough to have a large terrace so when weather improves I could have a nice garden. CURRENTLY, AFTER OUR MOVE 10 DAYS ago I have only a few needs. AN OVERHEAD LIGHT IS MISSING IN OUR LIVING ROOM, TERRACE NEEDS REPAIR AND BASEBOARDS NEED MORE CLEANING. OTHERWISE IT WAS A SMOOTH TRANSITION. Meant to mention doctors and the hospital and urgent care are less than 5 miles away. Some Apts have handicapped helps in the form of extra handles in the showers. I am happy and know our needs will soon be fixed! There is a walking trail and Lake Lanier is visible from many Apts and fishing is available. The sunset over the water is a lovely sight to be easily seen. Emphasis on quietness. Complaints quickly handled"

"I have no words to explain my feelings. It is a disaster here. Repairing department is joke. I request over ten time heat issue and never done. Just come and go then mark “Finish”. I was suffering in cold under 0 degrees for whole winter . Nobody care. Toilet leaking twice a month, drain water all the time. I pay 100 dollars every month even I don’t use it often because I work 6 day a week . Management doesn’t hire any professionals repairman or team, just part time- unprofessional man who just do surface job.This is money digger who only wants the business but no care the tenant. I really sick of it. Since I requested to move out earlier than leased, they ask me to pay 3200 dollars + two months rent prior payments. This is really ridiculous that I don’t get service what I pay for . Never recommend anyone who look for the home here."

"MAA faculty and staff are super great. The staff in the office is super attentive and will always answer a phone call or email quickly. Maintenance has also been great. My partner and I have being living here for the past 6 months and enjoy it. We love being near the lake. The pool and tennis courts are nice and clean. This is more of a family area but the kids have never been an issue at the pool or around the property. We have had to call maintenance to come in multiple times for different things, but they are always attentive at resolving the issue. The apartments are not the most luxury but they are great (especially for the price). We enjoy having a patio/balcony, furnished washer and dryer, and the keypad lock that you can control with an app on your phone. We worked with Taylor at the front office when looking/getting everything set up for the apartment. She is super nice and great!"

Maintenance comes super fast and very respectful!! This is our first place and I couldn't be more happier!! The property is beautiful!! Everything is perfect!! The schwens!"
