So serenity apartments yall got explaining to do. i felt soon as they saw my husband walk in with long dreads they already had it in there head the excuse they were gonna make to deny me. They said i would receive a leter in the mail of why i was denied That was march 22nd 2019. i have yet to receive any letter of why i was denied and today is may 4 2019. If i can get this looked into trust me i will."

"I CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE!!!! I have been renting a Townhouse known as Dimon Park,from Holly Hills Apartments owned by Ray Wright Inc. I renewed my lease for the 4th year Jan 2016. I never had any major issues until Wednesday, Feb 24th, when I saw a RAT coming into my living room from the kitchen area.So I called the rent office at Holly Hills the next morning to advise of the situation, I was told by Asst Manager that someone was moving in that Friday and that maintenance was in the process of getting the unit ready and it probably came form the empty unit bc they had already caught one. I was told that someone was going to place a RAT trap in my unit. Thursday, Feb 25th I come home, and I do not see a trap or any note left from maintenance advising that they had been in unit-NOTHING!! Friday, Feb 26th I called and spoke to the Manager who advised that they believe it went back over to the empty unit because they could not find it (DUH) I hardly doubt he was waiting to be found but anyway...they supposedly patched up any holes that they could find and if I see anything over the weekend to give them a call. BTW she called it a SEWER RAT-the one we already caught was removed from the property. Sunday Feb 28th, I haven't seen Mr RAT so I figured she may have been right and it went back to wherever it cam from. WRONG...I reached on top of refrigerator to push the bread back before I open the freezer door. I be damned if this MF'n RAT had not been on top of the fridge eating the hell out of my d@mn bread!!!!!!!!!! So much went on between Feb 24th -March 7th when they finally placed poison in my home. after Coporate said Poison could not be placed in my home....I have not heard fro anyone since then. I actually called my own exterminator out who did in one day what they could not accomplish in two weeks."
