"A very nice neighborhood but property management needs inspections on cleanliness due to pest issues. Too often I see cockroaches in my apartment, I’m a very neat person so when I come home and see them I’m disgusted! It’s an inconvenience to have to spray the perimeter of my apartment just to try to keep them away. Please do something about this issue."

"5/20/2023 The pizza was so fresh, and they kept new ones coming out of the kitchen. The staff was very friendly and the price was very affordable. My two teen boys got full and liked their food, so I was a happy mom. I liked their salad bar but would have loved it if there was a shredded cheese selection to choose from to top my salad with. Also, fresh spinach would be nice."

"The Villas at Loganville is the place to live at if you are looking for a quality living and lifestyle. The office staff and maintenance team make you feel important and needed. The residents are excellent, very respectful and helpful. They have a community spirit and will offer assistance with very little things that tend to go a long way. On two occasions I have been stuck at the gate after forgetting my fob key and trying to get in through the visitors side but other residents actually called out to me and led me in. I'm so happy to be a part of this community. BRAVO VILLAS!"
