"The only reason I gave them a star is because I had to put something. If you’re smart you will definitely not lease these homes. For starters they are overpriced and built too fast with a lot of issues. Save your money and rent elsewhere. The staff is useless, especially Jayshon. Very unprofessional. The phones go unanswered all day as well as emails and maintenance requests. There’s so many things wrong with the homes. The foundations are not good. Pool area is still closed after it was supposed to be opened Memorial Day. So what amenities are we actually paying? That you charge us for monthly? Feces is coming up in my showers. You think they care? And why are there constant Radion Testing? What are you not telling us? Why is the toilet water black?? I can go on! Save your money!"
"My husband and had been looking at this property for a while and when we were finally able to meet Shaun on the property we were greeted with Stellar first class service he walked us through each property that we want to see and explained every detail. He also made the application process smooth sailing he answered all of questions and concerns and made sure we understood what to expect during the complete process. Actually the complete team Shaun, Blake and Brenda was magnificent!!!!!"
