"Beware of this money hungry company!!!! They don’t care anything about the tenants. All they care is about money. Apartment wasn’t clean upon move in and actually had 2 weeks to fix their mistakes you’ll think but nope. Constantly ask them. I hate the day I sign my lease with these people. Don’t have a visitor to stop by with a pet b/c they will charge you $500. The maintenance men are nothing but little run back tell a tales. Charge you higher fees then what are suppose to be charged and when you ask to see it in they get ghost won’t show you until you don’t pay it with your rent and then they file for eviction on you. People are constantly moving in and moving out. There are constant vacancies for a reason. The property manager and the assistant manager are rude and insensitive about your situation. The company within itself doesn’t return calls nor emails. I wouldn’t advise a roach to live in these apartments. They recently raised the rent and honey it’s most definitely not worth the rent. The apartments are older and they are not kept up inside. The maintenance men swear they come and fix stuff that they don’t. I had to constantly put in request for stuff and hadn’t even been there 3 months it’s ridiculous. They need to really be condemned and remodeled. Don't even think about getting the security deposit back upon moving out because you will be blamed for everything that is old and worn out in the apartment (even though everything was old and worn out upon moving in)."
