"Where do I begin. I don't usually review anything but I absolutely must. I have been living here since June of 2017 and they have made living here just miserable for me. I am a VERY positive person and ALWAYS give everyone the benefit of the doubt but they fell short in more ways than I can keep track of. Their mailroom is so unsecure and yet they have done nothing about it since 2020. I have had several things stolen that were delivered to me, and most recently a package from a dear friend who went to far lengths and spent alot of money. The people who work here are extremely unethical and inhumane. There was mold in a unit and they did nothing. They avoided the issue and did everything but what was needed to remediate it. Mold can kill you!!! I dealt with it for several months, physically. I even got nose bleeds from my body reacting to the level of toxicity in the air. Also, the water heater leaked open and needed replacing. I was not there when it happened. They replaced it successfully but did not turn out the light when leaving my unit and it remained on for 3 months until my return when I noticed it on. I called them to let them know of this and they gave me such a hard time. I asked that they reimburse me for the excess I paid for this in my electricity bill. Not only did they mention I did not having any evidence that it was in fact left on by the maintenance staff, they gave me a hard time for just $30. The front gate is often open for whatever reason. I have seen 4 trees on the property fall on cars. When I mentioned this to them 4 years ago and strongly suggested they remove all the old trees from the property they chuckled at me to my face. The past 2 years they have raised my rent 11%. This is 3 times the standard yearly rental increases. There are fees for everything. For example, I asked if I could have another key fob since mine is slightly cracked due to normal wear and tear after 6 years of using it which is understandable (it was given to me in 2017 already with signs of wear) and they insist you pay $100 for another one. If you already live here and are added to someone else's lease they charge you another application fee of $85. I could go on and on and on listing a half dozen other MAJOR issues with this apartment community. Why one would choose to live here is beyond my ability to reason. I CANNOT BELIEVE anyone has given even 1 star to this place. I have to put one but it is only so I can put this up for you. If you know what's good for you, YOU WOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE! ** UPDATE on 9/14/23 ** I emailed them at the address in their response below that same day, providing them the opportunity to remediate but they did not reply and it is now 1 month since I wrote that review. They simply wish to appear that they are addressing issues."

"I absolutely LOVE it here! The leasing agent Erielle was so so so amazing! She made my moving process so easy and smooth! Besides the beautiful property, part of my decision to move here was due to the interaction I had with her! She is so sweet and helpful. She answered every email every call and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way."
"I really like a lot about this complex! It’s very pretty and well manicured. It’s relatively clean and has a lot of great amenities. The reason I’m leaving 1 star is due to their package room. The mailroom is located in the middle of the complex in an exposed open air gated building. It’s very easy to break the key lock, there’s one camera facing only 1 out of 2 entrances (that isn’t even pointed at the packages) and no package hub. 2 months ago, the thief cared so little they took a crowbar to the mailboxes and everyone in that section couldn’t receive mail for weeks. The packages are just placed randomly on the ground in front of the mailboxes. Since it’s an exposed gate, it’s very easy for wildlife to rip into packages like pictured looking for food. We have a pretty active package thief and the office has zero interest in fixing the situation. I’ve pictured tons of packages razor bladed open and ripped open to check what’s inside first. I’m writing this after having my 4th package stolen in 5 months. I’ll most likely have to look into a PO Box. If the office had plans to add some security, I wouldn’t be as upset. But after speaking with them, they’re placing blame anywhere but their lack of security. In this day and age where a lot of people buy their stuff online, this is just too unacceptable to put up with."
