All staff are knowledgeable and lovely, every interaction I’ve had with them has been so pleasant! "This place is AMAZING. Not only are the inside and outside of the shop cute and adorable and everything you’d want to see at a plant shop. The neighborhood it’s in is adorable too. And they have limited parking out front which is great! The employees are SO great too. They’re friendly and helpful and really enthusiastic. We felt right at home and so comfortable with them! They also have a very wide variety of plants. Some are huge, some small. Lots are quite unique and you’re bound to find something you love that’s in your price range too. I wanted hardy plants that could survive intermittent watering and the super nice black employee (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name!) helped with the instructions on how to care for the plants I picked. You can see the three small ones in the photos attached - very unique looking and reasonably priced too! Yes, some of the larger plants and especially the pots are quite expensive if you’re on a budget but you can still find some cute, smaller plants for under $20. Highly highly recommend checking this place out and talking with the passionate employees if you’re looking to buy your first plant or adding to your collection!"

"The people at Flora/Fauna made a bad day brighter. I decided to spruce up our front porch and they helped me pick out the right combination of plants for a big planter I had, and they had this beautifulll plant with a unique striping on the stem. They are so knowledgeable about putting the right plants together and the proper watering instructions, made me feel very confident! And honestly for this beautiful of plants, the prices seem really average and absolutely justified. Just wanted to give them a shout, and will definitely be back!"

"Honestly… this place is the literal best. If you like plants or wanna venture into a new hobby and have questions… this is your place to go. The staff are WONDERFUL, knowledgeable, caring, and passionate. I had issues with my alocasia nebula and they were all hands on deck on helping me repot, wipe down and give me all the information on how to care for her. I love it here. They also have AMAZING plants (uncommon and common). This place is so great. Going to keep coming back for sure. Thanks for all your help today!"
