"I just want to say I have been staying in Edgewoodcourt since 2011 now known as Amani place I can finally say I am please with the staff these are some of the best people they could have brought to our community Thanks Chantal Azanga such a sweet lady also to Anna Claiborne very nice and friendly and I cannot forget Allison always on time with any issue when ever I come inside the rent office the alway greet and have beautiful smiles on there face that make me comfortable to come in Thanks ladies for everything"

"Week of June 13 2022 Last week I submitted an application I submitted all the necessary paperwork including my pay stubs to be denied based on my income, it is ludicrous the leasing personnel wasted more than 4 hours of my time to be told I was denied due to my income after 4 day wait. The one bedroom application has not (per ( (shenice) processed that I went in to apply for yet I was told another applicant came in. The property manager in my opinion have no clue as to what she is doing. She tells I have to wait for six months to apply. Everyone at the apartment complex has a different talk. Saying I am sorry is absolutely unnecessary why apologize when you do not know what you are doing with apartment renting process. I came to the property since it was founded by a black man which was a HUGE MISTAKE for sure. Time is something I can not get back I wasted more than 4 hours with this 3 ring circus process. This is not a place I want to call home since you will ignore my unfortunate message shouting out the below average customer service of your Armani place employees. This is insane and unacceptable, in my opinion, I know it does not matter to anyone at Columbia residential."
