"i lived here for 3years , Manager is straight trash no equal rules for everybody he tow my trailer from the garage i was paying with no notification , i was the only trailer i got tow bt many trailers at the complex also 18 wheeler trucks i call corporative and also they didnt do anything my building every single day has strong weed smell , people taking their dogs out , and they dnt pick up the're poop , stealing packages , gate always is broke , lound music in the parking lot people driking , carwash area never can't used it cuz they doing business cleaning from other people cars , the only good thing i can said about this place is the two ladies working at the front desk the're really nice and help you out bt again the manager is trash"

"The apartment is nicely done. The gym is nice. The dog park is nice. People do not take their kids to the kids pool. Kids are jumping in the pool and splashing water everywhere. I feel they should turn the other pool to a regular pool. The office staff dont answer the phone. I feel the rent is to high. It doesnt matter if its market I dont feel anyone should be paying these prices in addition to yearly increases. I am looking to rent a 3 bedroom home for what I pay for a 2/2 . The additional fees thats included in rent pest control when I havent seen any pest control person only once since i moved here over a year ago. $25 trash fees that trash isnt picked up daily but this company is way better then the last. Usps I feel steal mail out the resident mail boxes in which i reported to usps. It use to be. Creek here that was nice to look at and walk around but they stop caring about it. You cant even walk back there. That was a reason I choose to live here because of a running creek with a seating area for relaxing. That creek was a feature the office staff pitched to me when i was shown the apartment. And now its abandoned. The stairs and hallways can be pressure washed more often. I like its quiet and clean. I feel they can do a better job at cleaning the pool. Last week i was at the pool a kid threw up in the water cause she choked. Yes i got out but it just settled in the water. With all that money they charge for rent you would think they would have a salt water pool like other apartments and a heating pool once the water gets cold. More bbq grills for people to use. Overall its nice but its high. And when people ask me how much i pay and I tell them they compare their 3 bedroom house to what I pay. I get why sugarloaf apartments pay their prices they have salt water pool and a tv by the pool. Some units have windows in kitchen area. We have things they dont like fire places but their pool and leasing office/lounge area is nice. I feel they are high to. But I feel even in a pandemic prices arent in favor of residents. A house is more space same price. I don't plan on renewing."
