"The apartments are old. It’s always something wrong with the gate. Other tenants in your building could be making as much noise as they want and the leasing office will do nothing about it. Do not come here. Another property that will take your money and do nothing to benefit you with it. Packages get stolen out of locker room. Not worth a penny!!! Go else where you’ll thank me!!!!"

"Very spacious and nice , I have a one bedroom with a nice balcony on the second floor . My bedroom is very suspicious and big while also having a nice size closet and pantry. Management was nice and polite throughout the whole process. Any problem or issues that I have are solved and done properly I rarely ever have any repetitive problems."

"I have been in this community for close to 3 months now. So far, my personal experience at this place has been absolutely amazing! I always feel safe when I’m at home and out for walks or runs; plus, the gates are typically closed and working. In addition to feeling safe, the staff has been complete rockstars! The leasing manager Josh has done a great job; he’s always more than willing to assist and achieve a positive outcome for the customer/community. AND the valet trash service has also been amazing! The only thing I would suggest for improvement, right now, would be in regards to a couple of the amenities. Overall, the tennis courts are decent; they just need better upkeep. The nets on 2 of the 3 courts need to be repaired and the courts need to be swept on the regular; also, the lights/light poles need to be updated (as of now, they don’t work). I would then suggest adding cameras and making it to where you have to use the gate key to get into the tennis courts. Also, I would suggest an update to the washer and dryer room as well. Outside of that, I’m really glad I live here! Thank you to the management and staff for making my time here a great experience; thanks to you all, I’m sure things will only get better from here!"
