"EDITED: I have been living here 2 years now and have enjoyed my new home. The complex has taken the time to fix all of my issues below. Ever since my original post the staff of the complex has showcased teamwork and great customer service. Cassandra has been an absolute JOY to have support my living needs! Anytime I need maintenance, pest control it is completed the next day or the SAMW WEEK. It’s been amazing! They communicate and stay on top of my requests. The community is mainly quiet, dog friendly and I feel safe. My packages are always handled with care. I feel like I am valued and I think I will renew this upcoming year if this continues. The one thing I must critique that has been upsetting is the large $100 increase I received on top of my renewal rent. I signed for a certain amount and then THE SAME MONTHS I was being charged for all other residents water bc their has been a decrease in residents. So now I am spending an extra $200 on top of original rent I signed for 1 year ago as a 1 bedroom. It’s very unfortunate because it’s in the lease agreement. However, it sucks because if you’re using a certain amount of water I should only be paying for mine not splitting it amongst ALL the other residents because sales are down. It makes it hard to resign again bc you never actually paid you’re renewal rent you’re paying an extra $100 you didn’t resign for. So we will have to see if I will be coming back for another year due to that. However, I have no complaints about anything else. ————————————- I have officially been living here two months. When my mother and I viewed the complex we were told the one I wanted was ready yet we couldn’t see it due to the 45 day guarantee. My mom immediately told me this worried her as it means if there are issues (which are bound to be) within the first 45 days of the move. From there my leasing agent would sometimes not even be in the office when I was trying to get all of my application completed and approved. Thankfully, the manager stepped in and helped with that at the time. I have been here 2 months and my kitchen, and closet have water damage. There has been multiple thunderstorms which has made worst and it’s officially puddle on the floor. It was obviously rushed because, I discovered a hole in the wall covered up behind the refrigerator. I also didn’t have a clean bin for three weeks when I first moved in. It was left horribly from the previous resident. Unfortunately they never cleaned for my arrival and left oil stains all up and down the walkway. Hopefully they will clean the breezeways."
