January 2024 Update: just renewed my lease because I do enjoy living here. It’s quiet, maintenance gets things done, they keep up the property, and great location. It’s definitely worth the higher rent."

"I have mixed experiences with this complex. Ever since I moved in it seems that something is not work in my apartment whether it be the tub drain being clogged among other things. I’ve left my apartment multiple times and my lock was unlocked like someone had tried to get in. If I hadn’t had my privacy lock in place( the one only accessible from the inside) who knows what could have happened?"

"Danny and Alix made the move in process so easy and stress-free. They helped me with any questions leading up to getting the keys, and they were so friendly and quick to get back to me every time I needed clarification. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of at The Asher. The apartment unit was perfectly move in ready and the interior was modern and updated with everything I needed at move in. The vibe of the whole complex is peaceful. The interior of the unit and the grounds overall were even better than I was expecting. It is also super convenient to get on 316 and pretty close to 85 and tons of places right in the middle of Gwinnett."
