"I am completely unsatisfied with how this company is handling my family’s complaints of mold poisoning. My children and I are experiencing level 2 symptoms of mold poisoning. I have called the office as well as stopped by in person to request the apartment be tested for mold only to be ignored. I believe my apartment is environmentally unsafe for habitation. I have made numerous requests to resolve outstanding work orders, and all have gone ignored. My request is to have my apartment tested for mold by a mold professional, IMMEDIATELY and all of the outstanding work orders be addressed immediately."

"I’ve been living here for 13 years I’ve never had complaints until this new company took over. It’s going straight down the drain! My car just got stolen a month ago! The cameras do not work, there is no security on the property. Today mine as well as 3 other people cars have gotten broken into.. All the management company cares about is collecting rent from you instead of fixing things. Nothing is getting fixed out here"

"My Daughter has been living in this community for 10 years. I use to live here as well. This property has gone down the drain.. The new company has taken over and the only thing they care about is collecting money, the gates has been broken for 9 months ( since january ). They display that they have camaras. Which is a lie. The pool looks like a swap. Her mail has gotten taking because the mailbox iş coming apart. 5 years ago this was a A Property. Now it's a F. Vicious dogs are running around. Trash everywhere. They are breaking in and stealing cars. This owner responding to google doesnt respond on the email. I'm doing everything on my power to get my Daughter off and over here. It's poor Management BOTTOM LINE."

"These people do not care about this complex! The trash is always the worse(every where) my mom has been there over 10 years they haven’t painted or changed the carpet. The kitchen has growing mold under the kitchen cabinet from a leak that wasn’t repaired. Her furniture was damaged as well as her dishes. The mold is continuing to grow and apartment needs to be painted! My mother is disabled and partially immobile"
