"Apartments are somewhat modern and clean throughout for the most part. My main complaint is the pool being “closed for maintenance” for the majority of the summer. Why are we paying for the amenities but they are not open? Why am I paying for a gated community when the gates have been broke since I moved in. (10 months ago)The apartment complex should be discounting the rent for the inconveniences. Another complaint are the semi trucks parked in the back of the apartments. They need to be fined or towed."

"I am short of words on how good of the customer service is with this apartments complex. Everything was amazing from start to finish. Roman Lopez did an amazing job getting us in. The apartment was ready as predicted and there was no issues when moved in. I would advise anyone looking for a peaceful place to contact roman. Overall, my experience was wonderful."

"I’ve lived here for about 8 months. Cons -gates are never closed -trash is always overfilling -residents bring extra guests to the pool -semi trucks are parked in the back of the apartments (making so much noise in the middle of the night) -only the front is maintained -back apartments get neglected (no power wash, or new paint) -residents cannot drive in the neighborhood -rents seems to be going up every lease but there are no updates are being made Pros -cute apartments -location"

"I have lived in Wellington Ridge Apartments for 5 months. When I first moved in April I applied for a 3 bedroom and two bath that had termite damage. So then I was asked if I wanted a two bedroom which isn’t big enough and I took it and when I say it’s been a horrible place since I lived here maintenance request doesn’t get down until months later. I had water coming from the ceiling in my kids bathroom instead of the shower also in my bathroom the popcorn ceiling fell in my head and I been having the worst headache since. Not only that when I first moved In my ac unit went out and they told me that I had to wait until the next week which that professional at all and it’s got outside. And the trash coral is above nasty and the gate is always broken."
