"Nadia is honestly right now the worst manager! lack on communication and completely lies all the time! I was charged 2 months Double for water and response there’s nothing I can do because 3rd party so just pay it. I said i wanna talk to someone higher this is unacceptable. She says I will reach out to my manager and never did and then when I emailed her 3 times she won’t respond to my email. Maintenance come to my apart literally every month or ever week since I’ve moved in in July in 2023- Need better manager"

"I’m a representative for our Asia community; this place doesn’t support our community. The manager, I believe her name is Nadia; was inebriated as in drunk on the job. Skip this place. While here viewing the apartment I saw roaches. Then people in this community recommended I not live here due to water issues and price gouging. Total circus"

"If I could give this place a negative Zero I would if that was a thing. I was looking forward to going through the process of living at this place. During the time of me sending in my information it became frustrating having to send the same information over and over. I decided to cancel the process and asked for my refund this was in September of this year. I would call either I would not get an answer or the person I needed to talk too could not be reached. I sent emails about my refund and I was told that it was mailed out the last week of September which we were in the month of October when I sent the email. I still did not get the refund. I went to the office towards the end of October to ask what was going on I got the same story but this time Nadia is her name supposedly sent over an email to whoever to ask to send out another refund which I already thought she did from our previous emails. It is now November I sent yet another email and I got nothing I still have no refund. I do not like being ignored especially about money that I work hard for everyday."

"I have been living here for 4 years now, I absolutely love my apartment. I have to say that Nadia is the best assistant community manager I ever worked with. She has been lots of help always immediately taking care of any issues, management, and maintenance! They done such a great job making sure tenants feel right at home! If there are ever any issues management takes no time to rectify any problems. Maintenance is always prompt when fixing any maintenance issues as well. I love the fact that the community is always gated. I would gladly recommend this location to families and single individuals."

"Tommy in Maintenance IS THE MAN!!! I have lived in 2 different apartments here at Columns at Club Dr. Tommy has ALWAYS been my go to guy for everything. He is upfront, honest, works hard and does the job right the first time!! He is actually fixing the wall in my bathroom right now and has NO IDEA I am giving him this review. I appreciate the effort, work ethic, and great attitude he has. Tommy for president!!!"
