"Update** just saw a roach in the hallway. Built in 2018 and already has roaches. Downhill from here Reviews might be getting deleted because there are a lot of negative reviews in the community chat regarding noise complaints but none on here. Walls are paper thin. You can here the neighbors music above you word for word. Valet trash is tacky, most ppl don’t keep there trash bag in the van. The entrance gate has been broken for like 3 weeks now. Property managers are going to have to step it up. Shouldn’t have such issues when paying 1800$ in rent. This place is turning tragic fast."

"I could not love my little corner of paradise more! Conveniently located to Decatur square, grocery stores, Dekalb Farmer's Market, Best Small Town for Breweries (!) Avondale Estates; several breweries, restaurants, shops and a Sunday farmer's market within walking distance. Neighbors aren't always the best, based on history of the neighborhood, but all in all I will definitely miss this place when I buy my home!"
