"Great place to call home property is kept up, quiet, least expensive rent in area, and I love gas stove and in unit washer dryer. At first I wished they had a gym but if history repeats I probably wouldn't use it anyway. The community room is pretty basic, but I do like the quiet yet well located area and washer dryer in my apartment . The staff is the reason I stay even with all the repairs that come with older buildings . A lot of plumbing was redone, general painting, and upgrades so hopefully that's done at least for awhile. Overall especially compared to other apartment night mares like flooding bugs no maintenance everything broken and outrageously high rents this place is a dream."

"Not a safe place to keep your car. Some one rifled through my car and stole the catalytic converter from it, costing me thousands of dollars to fix it. I do not recommend this place"

"I had a chance to interact with Management on some improvement projects for the complex. The manager was quality oriented, never took shortcuts on the renovations we participated in. I found them to be genuinely concerned with improving the complex as a whole, and saw them first hand go beyond the call of duty to help tenants when challenges occurred. Seems like a very good value complex with an excellent location."

"I have lived here over five years and when new management started a couple years ago had a fantastic experience. Very quiet complex and maintenance is super responsive and professional - shout out to Marvin who is available and goes above and beyond. MARTA is steps away. It's the people who take care of tenants and property that are the reasons I will make Summit View my home for a long time."

"The new management is quick with repairs, and even does things to keep problems from occurring. The grounds are clean, a lot of improvements are going on. What I like about the setup is it's really super quiet being a small complex and smaller buildings. Right on MARTA and very convenient to a lot of places. Everyone is friendly and works alot so not too many people around."
