"The location is great and maintenance is quick. However, I can’t say the same about management. They are very nice when you move in but unfair when you move out and will charge you for even wear and tear."
"Unfortunately this is not the place to move into. When I moved here they were under different management that according to the other residents that have been here before me were great. I believe them because my leasing agent was amazing. After this new management took over and those amazing people no longer work here it’s been hell. Leasing office takes absolutely no accountability for what they do and don’t do and make everything the tenants fault or responsibility. They renovated the apartment and the vendors they used destroyed my rug it’s filthy I have asked for them to come clean the rug nothing yet and that was back in July. My tub which was supposed to be fixed before I moved in, it took me to keep calling up there to get them to finally fix it. It had tears in it ,the person they used did a SLOPPY job. Now I have lumps in my tub as well as the surface is very rough because it wasn’t sanded and done properly. Nobody came to check the work to see what I was talking about it’s like they don’t wanna be bothered. There’s water bugs everywhere, they added a late fee when there wasn’t supposed to be one and told me they would take care of it and a whole month later when the next rent was due and I realize it’s still on there the agent admits it was her fault she didn’t reach back out to me but somehow it’s still my responsibility. The back gate was left wide open since I’ve been here and thanks to that Almost 20 cars were broken into a couple weeks ago and it took that for them to finally close that gate and fix it. No vouchers of any amount to help the people who were affected to get their windows replaced because of their negligence or anything. I’m so sick of this place and it’s sad because it could have been a great experience if they would have kept the previous people that were here. Don’t do it. So many other beautiful places that actually care about their tenants around here."
"Once I was approved, they gave me less than 48 hours notice to move in before threatening to raise the monthly rent on me if I waited until the next week. Due to my job and travel, I was not able to make this happen, and when they sent me the move in info, they neglected to inform me they had raised the monthly rent by one hundred dollars! This leasing agency is dishonest and unbrofessional. There are much nicer apartments around the area, for the same rate, but with more transparent communication and honest business practices."
"I moved into this complex March 1st, 2023 and I have had a TERRIBLE experience. The first apartment I moved into had ROACHES. I had only lived in the apartment a total of 7 days before I had accumulated these photographs. I expressed my problems (admittedly while upset) and was told I was misogynistic. Moving forward I told them to move me into a new apartment immediately which to their absolute credit they did (I’m not here to bash, only to speak honestly). The new apartment I moved into is better undoubtedly, but has had ants shut down the AC along with the ungodly number of maintenance issues I have had since. I do appreciate the maintenance staff though, there are two gentlemen who do their jobs excellently in my experience. Furthermore they have a portal which you are supposed to pay rent through, but the amount has been wrong in my account multiple times resulting in late charges even though I paid my rent on time. I was told that I needed to check not only my paper statements, but my email statements to ensure I pay the correct amount, but to my knowledge the portal that houses bills should be correct. I have never had to double AND triple check to see which statement MIGHT be correct. If you are looking for a place to live please do yourself a favor and do not settle on this location. Absolutely terrible. Zero stars, zero compliments, zero good experiences, and a zero grade from me. (Quick edit) I’d like it to be known that this is not a direct criticism of the employees as I recognize they have an entire community to care for and I understand they are just people doing their jobs to the best of their ability, but this IS a criticism of the complex as an entity. This is not a good place to live and it should be known."
"1) We had driven about an hour in our moving truck to get to the apartments on our confirmed move-in day. Once we got to the apartments we met with someone at the front office to pay and go over our lease. After we had made our payment, a certain unnamed office worker said for us to wait "one second" while she checked on something. We were sitting in the office at a small table overlooking the main pool and saw her speeding around on the golf cart into one of the apartments. My husband and I started laughing because we thought it was so odd. When she came back, she gave us the news that our apartment actually wasn't ready, and wouldn't be ready until the following weekend because the maintenance workers who were putting the carpet in/painting LEFT FOR VACATION BEFORE FINISHING OUR APARTMENT. We had driven 1 hour with all of our belonging and disconnected all utilities at our previous place, our family friend helping us move had taken time off and now we wouldn't be able to move in FOR ANOTHER WEEK? AFTER MULTIPLE CONFIRMATIONS THAT THIS WAS OUR MOVE-IN DAY?? It was so awful- then she had the nerve to offer us another apartment that was ready, but it was $200-300 more per month and they wouldn't be able to discount it at all. Thank goodness we had one more week on our previous rental lease so we were able to drive back and live there one more week, but not after spending HOURS on the phone reconnecting our water, gas, and electricity. If this apartment hadn't been SO close to our jobs- we wouldn't have moved in. (This office worker STILL works here). 2) They can never find packages. We have Amazon Prime and really enjoyed the benefits of two-day delivery- until we moved here. We have had the worst time with our packages. One day on my Amazon account it had said CLEARLY that my package had been delivered to the front office- and even had who signed for it. When my husband went to pick it up, they said it "wasn't there", we checked back the next day and even showed them the proof of delivery- but it wasn't there. Then after nearly 4 days they all of a sudden have my package. This has happened more times than I can count since living here. And when your package does arrive, you get no notification at all. So if someone is sending you a surprise package, you will never know you got it. They are very disorganized when it comes to keeping track of people's packages. 3) Assistant Manager is rude (Spanish lady). Even after MULTIPLE complaints to the manager and corporate, she is still there. She is VERY hard to understand and comes across very rude, and constantly is on the defensive if you have any complaints. Also side note: she is always wearing very inappropriate outfits where she is nearly spilling out of her clothes. 4) Prices always on the rise. Rent goes up every year, even though it is already SO EXPENSIVE. Also with new management that has come into the picture-our water bill has risen and is set to rise (per our neighbor) much more the next year- it is no longer a flat rate! 5) Management is terrible and constantly changing. In the past several years, there has been at least 3 different management companies for this property. And what is funny is that it never gets better because they are still keeping the same assistant manager and front staff workers who are rude and poor at their job. Beside the one office worker that is always nice. 6) Grounds/Pool The grounds are nice, however if you live near the pond, the geese are always blocking the walking path and their droppings are never cleaned up on a regular basis. Plus people at the main pool will bump their music until 10 pm at night- and the office staff is aware of this!! (other neighbors have complained about this) 7) Walls are paper thin, just like all the other reviewers said. I heard my neighbor sneeze in his bathroom one floor down. I would truly rethink living here. Me and my husband paid our rent on time every month, kept to ourselves, and tried to be as nice as possible to the front staff- but everyone has a limit to what they can handle."
