"Update: It seems like management has been actively trying to reinforce rules and they have been keeping everything clean! Haven’t seen any more pet waste around and they keep the lobby and other spaces pretty neat. I appreciate the efforts to do “group/neighbor activities”, saw one of the girls decorating for Valentines and it’s looking pretty good. Keep the good work! ——— Since the change of management from SODO to Bexley everything has gone downhill. Some of the neighbors are DISGUSTING leaving literally dog feces in the carpet hallway, dogs peeing on the elevator and the hallways (which is not management fault but they should be reinforcing the rules). I regret moving here so much because for the price I pay this is absolutely not worth it. Maintenance Hispanic guy is nice and people of cleaning staff are also really nice."

"The old management was better. I’ve come to the new management regarding issues but i feel like they get ignored. Loud neighbors, people not picking up their dog poop, quiet hours being completely disrespected, cars blocking my garage, compactor always full, and the elevator stinks! Valet trash sometimes doesn’t come on their scheduled days and it causes the hallway to reek. My neighbors upstairs are very loud. I understand it’s an apartment, but I shouldn’t hear your entire conversation and you shouldn’t have music blasting super loud, ESPECIALLY AT 12 AM??? Of course it’s not the managements fault that the trash is overflowing or that my neighbors are loud, but none of these issues are being resolved or enforced when I bring it up! Don’t bother coming to them with your concerns because they won’t help. None of this was tolerated with the previous management. I love my unit and the community. The amenities are gorgeous and I have a nice view of the amazing pool. I wish I could take my exact unit and go elsewhere."

"I recently moved in on the 28th of November and honestly was a great experience. Hannah helped so much as well as her co worker can’t remember her name. Very smooth process, apartment was clean and smells like a new house. I love it here so far and can’t wait for this new beginning. Highly recommend living here :)"

"A lovely home with lovely people. I've had a great stay here. The management team goes out of their way to make it feel like home and create a sense of community. The apartments are well-lit with nice kitchens. There are common areas like the sky lounge and pool. They host fun events regularly. If I ever return to Duluth, I'd choose to stay here again.
