"Pricing and pet policies are perfect , however neighbors are nosey and stalk people. I personally was stalked while I had guests come over. Don’t move here if you’re a people person.maintenance and leasing office lady do however a good job with their work. Really it’s the nosey neighbors that kill it. If you’re at the age of 18-23 I suggest you find another place to live in as the old residents aren’t fond of the youth. My apartment was supposed to be “remodeled” version but my doors were broken, had old carpet, blinds and an AC UNIT from 1990. After paying a $2000 dollar deposit."

"Horrible place to live, owners don't bother taking care of the place inside or out, the roof has been leaking for almost a year, and wet stains on the ceiling for 3 years, they don't let you keep a grill or anything in the patio area witch isn't even in decent shape, AC and heater doesn't work well since they use the cheapest units ever. The worst thing is the cochroaches!! They charge you for pest control but never apply anything! You have to do it yourself. Also they keep raising the rent fee every year and never do any upgrades to the rooms, not even a simple painting of the walls!! Rent went from $600 to $900 for a 1 bed 1 bath! Every year they increase it more!"

"I have lived there for 30 months, the complex is little bit quiet and the people who live there are mostly Hispanic.The biggest issue that I couldn't bear with was the bugs!!!!Too much cockroaches!!!Too much.The first year I was living there the management was hiring a pest control company to spray the apartments, then the business was sold to a new owner, that owner tried to save money!!!!He stopped using that company, even though the tenants still have to pay $10 monthly for the pest control!!! the management is not completely cooperative, there was a maintenance guy working there but he quit due to work injury. he was really good and better than the others."
