"I moved here in November The office staff was very polite, very sweet and so professional. I appreciate them for all the hard work maintenance was on time to fix my appliances that didn’t work in my apartment. Within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for an apartment that’s available to move in right now. God bless you all. And yes, they are great. "I wasn’t going to do this but I’ve been more than patient and understanding. This complex is disgusting and lacks staff who cares about their tenants. Do not move here unless you want to be carried out by roaches while paying $1300+ each month. I’ve been here since August begging and pleading with the rent office to do anything to help me with this issue that they charge me for each month and they will only do the bare minimum when they feel like it. I’ve spent over $100 on pesticides, I haven’t been able to buy groceries nor cook, I’ve had to throw out a $2000 couch, and I can’t even relax in the unit as I’m so scared and disgusted. I’ve never had to live with anything like this I have so many pesticides down it should be impossible for bugs to get in my unit but no they’re coming from everywhere even the freaking vents!!!! I’m fed up, they send pest control out when they feel like it. You tell them pest control isn’t helping and maybe they should do more than just spray the baseboards and they act like they listen and will escalate the issue for you but they just say anything to get you off the phone. I’ve cried with Star in the rent office, I’ve complained to her every week faithfully but she will just act like she’s writing notes about your unit and adding you to some list and pest control will never show up because she isn’t doing what she says is. Then when you call her back to see what happened, she’ll act clueless and tell you that you were never on the list and she can’t help you until next week… it’s just so inconsiderate. I shouldn’t have to keep calling and checking on if I’m going to receive pest control. I’m fed up, the only thing they stay on top of is collecting your rent payment and filing evictions. I hate it here this was the worst decision I’ve ever made and I’ll be complaining and reporting this complex to anybody that will listen until they release me from my lease without penalty. I looked past the cosmetic issues, I looked past the plumbing issues but I will NOT live with roaches period."

"Currently reacting. I started my lease in November apartment has been leaking since February. They have done nothing about it. I asked to be transferred they don’t do anything yet told me I must pay even more money than the $1400 rent I do on time now. It is infested with roaches. It is always trash everywhere. I would not recommend renting here. Been to three leasing managers, call corporate no recall back. Apparently the leasing manager email the corporate office still no response back. The safety and health of the residents are not important."
