The office staff is amazing! although i worked closely with William , everyone else was very helpful as well. customer service means a lot to me and this staff went above and beyond. all of my questions and concerns were addressed in a professional and timely manner. i’m extremely grateful for this experience."

"I have been at Bridgewater’s since 2018 and I have been through about three different property management! Now there is a new team that came in October I think. Now they are moving things into its perspective direction. They are people person. So I hope they stay. If not I just might have to break my lease."

"They have a special going on, on their website. The special says you’ll get a free month if you move in by a certain date. Well, that’s NOT TRUE! They’re trying to get ppl to move in off of lies! Nowhere on the website does it say if they have to “OVERRIDE” your application you don’t qualify! They’re FULL OF IT‼️"

"These apartments are very unprofessional I put in a application than two days later they sent me the app to send my sec. deposit I did that than I called them to see my move in date. Than I was told that my app. wasn't approved so Damnit why take my $. I sent themmy docs 3 times they kept sayin never received so I called everyday they jept putting me Off saying someone will call you well no one ever called I called them so finally they said we could approve you . SO Damn unorganized. I sent my Docs 3 times. Stay away from here if you looking for order"

"I moved into this apartment around Oct 2019 and I still had broken items, small leaks , mold , soiled ceilings etc in this unit. We went through like 3 management teams and all of them where a mess . However, the current team is better but, they really need a maintenance team because the stuff my family and I had to go through was UNACCEPTABLE. They kept saying people where going to fix things and never came even when I put in a request at times. One time I went on my portal and put like 5 requests in and why I went back and they all said complete; which was a HUGE LIE. Then we started questioning our safety with all the gun shots we would here. My family was put at risk in an unsafe and unfortunate situation. They just need to keep the place up better . It’s a mess. Here are pictures of my unit and stuff that never got fixed. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. However, the current manager knew we went through a lot and offered a letter of recommendation for future living places that was sweet. Thank you sir."
