"So far so good. Have not been here long but from move in Matthew took great care of me. Upon entering my apartment my bathroom was a little dirty and he stepped in cleaned it very friendly. The amenities are nice and the neighborhood is well kept. The walls are not thin at all.Love the valet trash service. Also everyone in the office is so nice and helpful when asked questions. I give it 5 stars and would def recommend this place to my friends/family. Not noisy with a bunch of kids running around. Pretty quiet neighborhood."

"Saw these online and then called to verify some information. Immediately applied and was approved. Paid the fees and signed the documents. 5 minutes later I received a phone call telling me that the price was incorrect on the 3 bedrooms. Remind you, I called and asked several questions BEFORE applying. So now there's an unwarranted inquiry and they have to mail me a check for the fees I paid. This is crazy. They should just void my payment out so my money can be refunded immediately. If my money is not refunded timely I will be contacting the BBB."

"I moved in last week and I LOVE it! Everything about it is nice. The apartment is soooo nice inside. The closets are HUGE! The Master bedroom and bathroom are AWESOME! The apartment itself is very spacious. The Leasing Office Staff is PHENOMENAL! and PROFESSIONAL at all times. The MAINTENANCE team is AWESOME as well if they have to come in to do anything rest to sure they will explain everything to you and answer any questions you have. Shamille's Customer Service is OUTSTANDING and EXCELLENT! Everyone in the Leasing Office is very Welcoming and PROFESSIONAL and display EXCELLENT Customer Service. If you're looking to move Please lease here and make it your next home.. You will NOT be disappointed. The Manager there is very Inviting and SUPER PROFESSIONAL!"

"*** SEVEN WEEKS LATER AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT BACK. I have been calling the leasing and Corporate office for the past 2 weeks with no response to any of my messages*** Application approved, I decided to cancel my move in, called on a Friday evening. Called back on Monday morning to say that I changed my mind and wanted to move forward with the original move in date. Was told that I would have to pay to apply again. They literally still had my security deposit and it hadn’t even been a full business day. Makes no sense. Was told they would call me back. Never called back, despite me calling several times for the next 2 days. Decided to ignore my messages. When I initially applied, they called back several times without me leaving a message. All of a sudden caller ID no longer worked, I’m assuming. Very unprofessional."

"I never write reviews however I felt it was very necessary, although there was a few set backs outside of Novo control I am happy to call this place home. Sage and Daryl has been extremely pleasant to work with. Sage has been phenomenal with reaching out and walking me step by step through my process. She has immaculate customer service and communicates effectively. I’m happy to call Novo home."
