Unfortunately with all that being said: the only reason I didn’t lease with her was, the apartment was to far from my job. "The leasing office is very standoffish rude unprofessional not welcoming. Always rushing you off the phone or out the office. Not very informative, they speak to you in this tone as if you should know everything they seem to be annoyed when you have questions. It was a very unsettling experience. I’m looking into finding the owner to let them know how uncomfortable I feel with being here and how I’m getting treated. The service is horrible moving in here would not be a good idea. Also move in time was 1pm on the welcome letter but on the move in day they told me a later time which was a huge inconvenience to 3pm then changed it again to 4pm very inconsiderate. I had plans for 1pm and if 1pm isn’t the time it shouldn’t be on the welcome letter."
