"Worst place to live to much roaches and spiders everything is old the fridge and oven is infested with roaches and the oven doesn't even work.Also the a/c doesn't work. Prices are unbeliveable"

"The most unprofessional and disrespectful place to live. I live here now and not once has anything in my apartment been fixed. I have called and asked for an exterminator because the entire complex has a roach infestation and they refuse to send someone. I wouldn’t even let a homeless person stay here."

"1/5 don’t recommend spiders, rats, snakes, mold, leaky ceilings, roaches, cracks on ceiling, the AC never work, the office never responds to damages in apartment, takes way to long to fix one problem, had mold on my ceiling and they just painted over it."

"Cant turn my ac unit on because it leaks, cant shower in one of the bathrooms because it will leak water which is right under my living room. Cant wash clothes because it leaks. And when you go to complain about it they will send someone in about a WEEK to just do a raggedy job. Worst place to live!!!!"

"We live in the land of the opportunity american dreams were people come to make their dreams come true. But its sad to see how my wife worked for this company for more then 5 years. The dreams we had was destroyed my wife life, as she is part of my life I am also destroyed. I cannot say nothing about the owner because I do not know him I've heard nothing about bad about him. I'm pretty sure that he doesn't know what's going in his company. Having managers over managers and supervisors humiliating employees one of them is my wife. If this ever goes to someone that knows him would you please show him this. I would love to have the opportunity to express myself and talk to him with facts on what's going on... Please don't pre-judge no one by the way they look or behavior you never know their situation. Didn't have to go to the extreme to assume with situation. I would love to have the opportunity to talk to him. It can be over the phone or in person. He may be a married man and might know what I'm going through. Sorry for expressing myself this way, but I have never heard or seen like this."
