"I lived here Sep 2022-Sept 2023 and it was by far the worst place I've ever lived. They changed our unit multiple times before moving in and never inspected the final unit we received. We moved in to No electric anywhere in the apartment and a kitchen overrun with spiders. Throughout our time here we've had every issue in the book and finally gave up on maintenance requests when the staff left a huge hole in our ceiling after "fixing" a mold problem. We moved out 4 months ago and still have not received our security deposit back. The office claims this is not how they normally do business, but it's on brand with how this place operates. All in all avoid this place if you prefer peace of mind living arrangements."

I have been living here for the past 2 weeks the the maintenance man was VERY nice and understanding and went above and beyond to help me out that was greatly appreciated. Mr Wright know his work and had the kitchen pipe fix that got flooded and he clean it up even tho I said no he still did it .. Fantastic service"

"After reading a lot of the previous reviews I’ve got to admit I was very nervous about moving in to these apartments especially moving from a 5 bedroom. However after talking to my co worker he assured me that the apartments where owned by a new company and that they were completely remodeling everything and how well things are managed now. So I decided to give it a shot. I was first met by my now apartment manager India Cross she was incredibly knowledgeable professional and friendly. Mrs. Cross made the process not only enjoyable she actually made it exciting to want to move here. I will say that I was still very nervous because I didn’t see my actual apartment until it was almost time to move in due to the full renovation however I was showed a 1 bedroom and another 3 bedroom during this time which blew my mind how much better the rooms looked compared to images and videos that were posted when the apartment was ran by the previous companies. So attached I’m posting a video of the new rooms. Also for those that have less than desirable credit they have a program to not only help you get approved but another program if you need a little help paying if you think you are going to get behind so you’re never late. The pool is being remodeled and is looking great there are at least 1 playground maybe more but I haven’t looked around yet and a mini church that help kids thank you pastor Eduardo. The only gripe I have and it’s a very small one is that the gym is fairly small for such a huge community and is only open during business hours which makes it impossible for me to go however I’m sure there are great gyms near by. In closing Dunwoody Glen has been an incredible experience to move into. The Staff are great the renovations are amazing and the community seems to be pretty peaceful."
