"The Jaxon is a great property to live at. Good and clean community. Any issues in the community, management will resolve immediately (noise complaints, double parking, dirty smelly walkways, unleashed pets etc,...). Safe location, and plenty of parking in a well lit parking lot."

"The gym and laundry room are still not available to use yet I'm paying an extra $109 a month for those specific amenities that I thought would be available to use. I've been here since September 2023. Haven't used any of those amenities yet. Haven't seen any new construction going on since I moved in. I feel cheated. When will these amenities be available to use? This a question I really need the answer to."

"I’ve worked in the customer service industry, so I understand the frustration that comes with making people happy. I’ve been playing nice about the issues I’ve had here, but I’ve had enough. I’ve lived here for almost four years since before management changed and since it’s changed, it’s become a joke. Rent goes up, problems go up as well. My air conditioning has been having issues since the beginning of September. First, it wasn’t working. Then someone “fixed” it and it was stuck in the 50s. Then someone came and “fixed” it again. I was traveling on and off for 2 months straight to not really notice issues, but then November comes when I’m at home and it’s actually cold, the issues start happening again and once again, no one has actually fixed the AC. It’s been below 40 degrees and there have been multiple times where the heater does not work. It has been “fixed” but then has issues again. Someone came by on Tuesday 12/26 to fix it. He left a portable heater for me and left. I assumed someone would come by and finish fixing it but the heater won’t even turn on. I was FREEZING last night and I work from home 2-3 times a week. I’ve been told “sorry for the inconvenience” numerous times but no one has actually fixed my AC. And the irony of the situation is that my electricity bill is higher than it’s ever been since I moved here at the beginning of 2020. They just keep putting bandaids on what clearly needs a more serious fix. I am tired and cold and this is not a livable situation. I re-signed my lease and I’m not sure how I’m supposed to live here like this next year."

"Hello all! I’m a disabled U.S. army veteran who’s transitioning to civilian life and I can tell you personally how stressful moving in a state like that is. The crew at the Jaxon apartments always made sure I was taken care of since the beginning and to this day! This is my very first apartment outside of the military and this is my first time completely on my own as a civilian. Marcus, jose and, Ms. Kathy were always 100% transparent and made sure I understood everything on my lease and they all check up on me to this day! Especially Marcus. He has gone above and beyond making sure I was okay mentally as well coming from similar backgrounds. He absolutely did not have to do that and I respect and appreciate the entire crew for their genuine efforts. You definitely can’t find that everywhere. The neighborhood is nicely kept and you can tell that they care about the life quality of their tenants."
