""My wife and I had the pleasure of living in this apartment complex from March 2022 to March 2023, and overall, we were quite satisfied with our experience. The rent for our one-bedroom apartment was very reasonable, and we appreciated the proximity to a variety of fantastic restaurants. Additionally, the leasing office staff, particularly Claudia Ariel, was incredibly helpful and friendly. However, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. Occasionally, we would detect the smell of cigarette or marijuana smoke wafting into our apartment during evenings and weekends. Additionally, there were a few instances where there were noisy activities nearby that lasted until the early hours of the morning, but these incidents were infrequent and only occurred a handful of times throughout the year. Another minor annoyance was that we were often approached by individuals selling homemade food, and sometimes they would knock on our door quite insistently. Overall, our experience at this apartment complex was positive, and we would recommend it to others looking for an affordable and conveniently located place to call home.""

"hello I lived there 9 years ago when I was between 4 or 5 years old I moved from there because I lived on the ground floor and the apartment was flooded but the attention and the people were magnificent I wanted too much to the manager (I don't know if it's the same from 9 years ago)But if that's the case, she's a great woman several times she invited me to lunch and on one occasion she gave me a stuffed Barney, I remember she had a beautiful black dog He added a photo of my family waiting for him to recognize me and if not, I will they would be very happy answering my opinion, thank you"
