The staff is also wonderful. Micheleen assisted us with her application and lease, and provided a very high level of customer service! We were impressed from the moment we walked in to tour. "I originally had posted a 5 star review when my husband and I first moved in, however since living here for the last year. I have a few amendments to make to my review. While the apartment itself is nice and the access to downtown Sugar Hill is amazing, there are a few down sides. For starters, parking is absolutely atrocious. The complex requires you have a parking decal and states guests must park at the top of the parking deck, however this rule is not enforced at all and people park wherever and also multiple follow you in the gate to park, especially during downtown events. The property is non-smoking and apparently drug free as stated in the lease. However, every building consistently smells very strongly of weed. As stated in a few of the other reviews the package room is a bit of a disaster, but really an issue of the delivery services. Otherwise the Luxer system is great for the most part. Walls and floors are extremely thin and you do hear your neighbors, that being said there are also a few neighbors here that are consistently disrespectful regarding noise levels despite multiple complaints. I will say after being here for the last year, that for the price I do not feel as if I fully got the “luxury” experience that I would have expected. I do hope the office will take in to consideration the neighborhood dynamics with the addition of Solis and work to improve the overall appearance and community of the property. I believe when we first moved in the quality was much higher than it is currently. If you’re looking for a “in town” walkable vibe this definitely checks the boxes. The apartments are nice and I’ve had no issues with staff at all. Again dynamics have changed and it’s being reflected in the overall community atmosphere."
