"I like living over here, it’s very nice, quiet and peaceful. Yeah it’s gets a bit loud on game days sometimes, but what do you expect with it being football & basketball season I’m literally 4mins away from both pro teams stadiums/arena. Also your nearby downtown Atlanta. As I’ve found out the incoming traffic isn’t all too bad. The unit I’m in is truly great, it’s nice & spacious for my liking - I’ve been here since October."

"Update: Miss Sonja called me and setup a viewing, her and Kenneth were very nice and accommodating. The lofts are a good size for the price and area. Hope to be renting with them soon. The company should really re-set up the answering service or voicemail, it would really would help with future renters. Especially with the staff have to show units. I have no choice but to believe the reviews. I've tried calling this company for days to lease a loft, no one answers the phone and the answering service is no longer available. I guess I have look elsewhere."

I liked my actual apartment fine, but maintenance was relatively poor compared to most apartments I've been in, front office staff was rude while I lived there (2016-2017), and stuff was constantly broken. Husband's car windows busted into while he was visiting because there is no protected guest parking and it's a high crime area. Management took 100+ days to return my security deposit even though the apartment was spotless, and GA law requires it to be "
