"I did everything I was supposed to do and for 2 and a half months I was assured that I would get the apartment. Well the lady I originally talked to quit and the new lady called and told me that something was on my credit from 7 years ago and I couldn’t get it. My extension was only for 3 months. So now I have a matter of days to find something. I don’t think that’s fair but never again will I put my eggs in one basket! This really hurt me and my jids"

"The tenants in the building are very nasty and management doesn’t hold anyone accountable accountable. They allow the tenants to leave trash in front of their door to stink up the enclosed hallway and the hallways and stairways have feces and urine on the floor and walls. Management is lazy and constantly looses paperwork. The apartment complex honestly looks inhabitable in many ways due to the ran down building."

"Rat infestation, been here 4yrs finally moving out. Also bed bugs and maintenance dont empty trash compactor on Fridays so every weekend trash is piled up and dumpsters are across the complex and they are full as well."

"The entire building is infected with bed bugs and them lazy ass folks in the leasing office don't care. I wouldnt move over here unless you like living with the bed bugs. Management ain't doing nothing but getting over on people and money. This building needs to be shut down"
