"I walked into this leasing office beat down stressing about having to move in a hurry, and I was instantly put at peace by the leasing agent answering my questions and telling me that they had apartments available. Then she told me to speak to Brittney and when I walked into her office I was greeted by a smile, even though I walked in near closing she still took the time to listen to my needs and show me an apartment that she felt would fit my needs. She answered all the concerns that I read on the reviews and assured me that changes had been made to the complex. She was right I ended up renting a two bedroom all concerns I had was immediately addressed by very nice maintenance, and she also came back after I got settled to make sure I didn't have any more issues or concerns. Exactly what you need after a stressful move. I do recommend these apartments. Everyone in the leasing office was AMAZING! My experience so far has been welcoming and great. And I thank Brittney so MUCH for being professional throughout the entire process. I also thank you Brittany for being that silver lining in my grey cloud. You are the standard that others should learn from."

"It’s been a month and I still haven’t moved into my unit and honestly if I hadn’t paid that bond I would’ve just went somewhere else. Listen to these reviews please, some of the staff is very unprofessional. The unit that they said they were giving me has water damage under the cabinets due to a leak, there are roaches everywhere and a stain in one room. Like it’s alright but man they need to do better. It’s slick false advertising as well cause the renovated two bedroom they showed me was so nice I got a three renovated bedroom and it’s not what the two looked like. Save your time and look somewhere else. I just wanted to inform anyone that’s about to move here not to move here . Now I have to stay here a year before I move ."
