"Love my new apartment! Xavius made the application and move in process so easy I couldn't thank him enough! He's very knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed which made me super comfortable with going through with the whole process! Highly recommended!"
"Ive been living here for over a year now and I have no complaints. The property is clean and a caring staff. Taylor has been phenomenal with her communication and compassion. She’s the best. Would totally recommend!"
"This has honestly been the worst experience I've ever had. Today was my move in day only to get there to an apartment that I did not want all because "the system" has features listed that are not accurate. This was after not being able to get into contact with anyone from the office at the time of my "appointment" to move in. I asked Taylor multiple times on the 2 occasions (in person) if the apartment that I wanted definitely had a balcony. I even asked her to point it out from the outside so that I could make sure. She assured me and even told me how I could tell from looking at the website. When I came on a separate occasion to take pictures and measurements she said that my actual apartment was not ready yet, and that I could go to another one on the same floor to get the information I needed. She once again told me that the only difference is that my apartment would have a full balcony, not the Juliet. The only accommodation I was offered was to move into a first floor apartment which is also something I did not want (something I also voiced from the very beginning). The other option was to accept the apartment and transfer up to 6 months later while paying transfer fees for a mistake that I did not make. I chose to return the keys and void the lease. I was told that my application/administration fee were non refundable and that I would only receive the cashiers check that I brought today to move in. On top of not having anywhere to live now, after opening an electric account, packing, scheduling movers, taking off of work ect. I received a call when I got home that I was given the wrong check (which I should have checked for myself because obviously at this point the office staff needs to be coddled). So now I have someone else's $3k+ dollar check that I have to return to the office. Too bad I'm not a scammer. The community is beautiful, however based on my entire experience especially with Xavius. I would not recommend this property due to its leasing staff."
"Taylor was extremely professional and helpful making the application process run very smooth for us. When looking for an apartment outside of Broadstone Junction, NOBODY was as helpful as Taylor and management at Broadstone Junction. The property is also really beautiful and they offer a great amount of floor plans, each with their own uniqueness."
"I am extremely impressed with my apartment home. After moving from Tampa, FL, I thought I would struggle not being near water. However, the train, the Broadstone Junction staff, amenities and the beautiful local parks have quickly become my reasons for LOVING my new journey."
