"Ive stayed in Windsor properties before but this one is by far my lease favorite. Elevator has been broken for over 3 months. 2 gates we have get broken almost once a month and management fails to tell us and we figure out ourselves. Also none of the TV's work in either of the club houses and have not for the year I have been there. This could be a great property but it is poorly taken care of by staff. Hopefully new manager is willing to do the hard work and get it up to par."

"Update 7/16 - All of my concerns have been addressed, minor miscommunication. Original- I've now lived here for about 1 week and have had a HORRIBLE experience. I first toured this property about a month prior to move in and everything seemed great and everyone was responsive. Fast forward to move in, I get my keys to my long awaited apartment to find out the AC doesn't work, the tub looked like it wasn't cleaned, at least 10 outlets not working, washer & dryer & dishwasher all not working and the worst part of it all, every time I call the front office no one is there. I truly feel like i've been forgotten now that I have signed my lease. Aren't these things supposed to have been caught before I moved in? I don't ever except anyone to jump at my requests, however acknowledge and let me know that my requests are heard and being addressed. When the main office or maintenance phone isn't picked up by someone local in the office, there's a remote call center that answers and is essentially deemed useless as i've witnessed, again in my limited experience. Another rant I have is that I have a UPS package that requires delivery and I haven't been able to have it delivered... Wondering why? NO ONE IS EVER AT THE OFFICE!"

"My experience living at Windsor so far has been nothing short of fantastic. The complex is well-maintained, clean, and modern. The amenities are great and I truly love my apartment unit itself. But what really sets Windsor apart is the exceptional customer service. I worked with Charlie when moving in and from my very first interaction with him, he has been attentive, responsive, and professional. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure that residents are happy and satisfied with their living experience. His dedication and commitment to his job are truly outstanding, and he is a real asset to the Windsor team. Can't recommend living here enough!"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. We came home from out of town on Sunday 3/26/23 to find our apartment ceilings had been flooded on Friday night (3/24/23) due to a washer line burst causing flooding in all 3 units below. Management failed to communicate anything properly to us, and all the repair work that has ensued. There is ALWAYS something wrong in this building, it is extremely poorly maintained, the hallways are extremely dirty with damaged and stained walls and carpets, trash problems, other ceiling leak problems, there is mold and paint coming out of the ceiling in the women's bathroom in the club room area, etc. My husband and I both work from home, and our unit currently looks like the photos attached (ceilings and walls being demolished). When asked for a rent concession, they refuse, and their solution is that we can either choose to stay in the apartment during the repairs (it is unlivable!) or move out (like it's that simple). They have zero empathy towards the situation, we had to go to a hotel at 9 pm last night, our jobs and quality of life are being negatively affected as a result of this insane mess and disruption, our mental and physical health (it's impossible to breathe in the air with all the chemicals and 6 industrial dehumidifiers & fans running 24/7). I could go on and on, but just save yourselves this nightmare and do not move into Windsor Old Fourth Ward, or any Windsor property for that matter."

"All of these negative comments are being posted for a reason. If I could give this place and management a 0 rating, I would. I signed a contract with Aster but Windsor bought the place and came in with a horrible attitude. I woke up to a new name and management without any warning. As a woman, this place is very unsafe due to lack of security on the premises, fire exit doors that won't open and emergency call boxes that DO NOT WORK. You can give up on sleeping for the duration of your lease because of Aramark next door who operates very early in the morning, false fire alarms and 0 security on site. The elevators don't work half of the time and new management solution was to put a sign inside the elevator threatening the residents instead of fixing the problem. Every week I am hearing about a different robbery in this place from the victims and not from management, they hide these incidents from residents and won't rehire the security cars that they fired after filling up the building. The security that drives around every now and then is not enough and I myself was recently robbed. After being robbed, management treated me like it was my fault. For a so called luxury apartment and the price that they are asking, I am very disappointed, especially with the way that management handle complaints. They charge me for services not rendered (Trash Valet, etc.) and I was treated very disrespectful by new manager (Kelsey Stevenson), she is truly horrible. I do not recommend this dirty/unsafe place. Do not waste your time, money or precious sleep."
