"WestHome WestHome’s is despicable! DO NOT BOOK A WESTHOME Property. The customer service is horrible! The accommodations are disgusting. They do not care about your experience. They only care about taking your money. It was the worst experience I have ever had. I complained, I sent pictures, and they still did absolutely nothing. Never again! I would give them -5 stars if I could. The place was not ready until 6 pm, 2 hours after check-in time. The apartment was DIRTY, only 1 cutting knife, and it was broken and rusted , no bed comforter, we were cold. We had ants, and we saw 2 roaches. The pocket bathroom door did not lock. We had no oven mitts. Old dirty furniture. It was just awful. See the attached pictures. I can’t even fully put it into words. Customer service wouldn’t do anything to accommodate us. Literally nothing. It was a horrible birthday getaway experience. I was so embarrassed. DO NOT BOOK HERE OR ANYWHERE with WestHome’s."
