"My boys apt is sweet. I helped him move in and had no problems.....nobody was watching us or scoping the situation. His parking is clear and concise. Overall sweet apt."
"Front office staff here is superb. The application process was smooth and they respond quickly to all requests. They'll regularly send out emails and keep tenants informed of issues, e.g., broken elevators or gates get reported immediately with frequent status updates, versus another place I lived where it took 3 weeks for an update. Maintenance gets on top of requests and doesn't let tickets sit forever. The way mail packages are handled is far better than most complexes I lived in. Mail arrives in the central office and gets locked after hours. If I had to nitpick issues, maybe the visitor parking system is a bit odd, but otherwise, this is prime rental real estate for tenants."
"Moved in about 5 months ago. So far, I enjoy the shorter drive to and from work. The office staff Kristin and Jennifer are super friendly, amazing actually. It’s super quiet, neighbors are friendly. Some cons I wish I knew before moving in and would have actually been a no go for me 1- guests parking is a hustle and super expensive. Imagine telling your family they have to pay to come visit or even your significant other paying to come see you :-( 2- you can’t buzz them in at the gate, you need to physically leave your unit and let them in to park in the deck, if they are to park outside the call box is most of the time faulty. Last week and up to today it’s been broken. I’ve had to go up and down 5 times today for deliveries and letting my guests in. 4- we have some neighbors who are allowing their l dogs to urinate on the poles right by the entry door. It’s so unclean and unsanitary. Both my roommates and I have made multiple complaints to management, they sent emails but, that was a weak solution so. We still get to walk in and smell dog urine everyday when coming and leaving home. It’s so bad the concrete is now black and constantly smells like urine. I poured bleach on it once, just to walk back to more dog urine a few hours later. See pictures. I wish they had a better gate system ( remote entry perhaps) and a call box for visitors entry. I would definitely not be considering referring or renewing the lease due to the unsanitary ground conditions and parking fees if there is no improvements. I love having family visit me and this is a super inconvenience."
"I have been living here a little over two weeks and I must say I am highly impressed with the team here at The Savoy. As we adjust to the cost of living inflation, which has created stress for some, having a team that responds quickly to your needs definitely reduce the stress of ensuring you and loved ones are comfortable. This is exactly what you will experience here at The Savoy. The TEAM...Jennifer has been amazing! Regardless of the number of emails I have sent and continue to send, she responds proficiently and timely. Walter, the maintenance supervisor is AMAZING!! Your tickets are addressed timely and is by far the most professional maintenance staff I have encountered. Khrysten is professional and will alert you quickly, that your package(s) has arrived. The location is awesome!! Its close to damn near everything. When I was looking for an apartment in the Atlanta area, I read multiple reviews for other apartments and safety (car break-ins specifically) was a hue topic. The parking here is tightly secured. If there was to be a break-in( which I hope not), blame your fellow tenant because your vehicle is not easily accessed by the public. You have to use your badge to access parking, the iron fencing has no gaps, so its impossible for a human body to squeeze through or try to jump, LOL (I'm so serious) and visitors must register their vehicles to park. I actually feel safe when I am entering and exiting my vehicle here at The Savoy. The 1(one) thing I do not like about The Savoy, is the accessibility for moving in/out. My only suggestion to you, is to hire movers OR have a lot of patience and Jesus with you because I personally cried the day I moved in. The accessibility (elevators are available);however, its the back and forth and the long walks to get to your apartment, depending on where its located. Lastly, I recommend you to also visit the location prior to signing your lease to ensure you are getting exactly what your paying for. I had 1(one) hiccup (the paint color) which I'm still not happy with. You do have the option to paint but who wants to paint twice? That's time and money I don't have. Overall, I highly recommend The Savoy to anyone who is looking for an apartment in the Atlanta/Dunwoody area."
"During the touring and application process I have had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Walton and she has been truly amazing! She's worked with me through this entire process and has been very knowledgeable and has answered all of my MANY questions and has been very kind and willing to work with me. I am very appreciative and cannot wait to move into my new home!"
