"Just toured this place and it was amazing. It’s near some of my favorite restaurants and there seems to be a lot to do in the area. Staff was very polite and my tour was a great experience. The apartments were beautiful and the grounds seemed really clean. Compared to the other places I’ve looked at in the area the prices were great."

Elan Madison Yards grounds are very well maintained. The property management staff are friendly and approachable. This building will not disappoint."

"My car was stolen from the parking deck on October 18, 2023, which was supposed to protect it. On September 18th, my car window was broken, and Ignition cracked. The property agents and manager lack accountability. The gate has been broken for over a month now. I visited the leasing office, and everyone seems to not care because they don't have to deal with it personally. The lady with the black hair Karen or whatever literally said to me, "What do you want us to do?" I have lost so much money for their lack of responsibility. Important doors that are supposed to be locked aren't. I put in a maintenance request. One time and they fixed them, and now they are broken again, and now they lied and said that they fixed it. The doors still don't lock in those certain areas. Security does not do their job when they're here, most of the time they're not or either hiding. On top of that, they locked my account, so I couldn't pay my rent after 2 days of being late and then slapped on a $300 fee. I have sent them multiple emails, and they don't respond. Most of the neighbors here don't care about cleaning up after their pets. All of the sidewalks smell like animal pee or have animal feces up and down it. The lady above me constantly smokes, and I've told her several times to stop throwing her cigarette butts onto my balcony. There was a homeless lady on my patio who tried to steal all of my furniture once and barricaded herself and just sat there for 3 hrs. Also, I called the police and it took them 3 hours to come, and they said that she was schizophrenic. If you have an emergency the police will take their precious time about coming. The lights go out every time there's a storm. People steal your packages and your car. They don't have or community parties and events anymore for the residents. The cleaning lady never cleans properly in the common areas. There was throw up in my elevator for weeks The resident bathroom and kitchen is always dirty.. Needless to say don't waste your money by moving here. If I could give this place a 0 star I would."

"The application and approval process was a breeze. Karen and Carson in the leasing office treated me like a valued resident from the beginning. Easily the most kind and professional agents I’ve dealt with when interested in a new property. So far I’m loving the amenities, the cleanliness, and the clear communication from management on things that need to be fixed. Maintenance has also been on point.
