"Only if I could of saved the first post when I posted on here and they deleting there reviews I have someone living on top of my head stomping mind you I brought it to the office attention got told they going to evict both of us . & they do not have good problem-solving skills do not move here . & plus you can’t pay rent ahead of time till the day of rent due. They don’t even just include her flat rate on a portal just so you can even pay that they’re so worried about a water bill . But alone you have people who live around you like they give in a mansion . Don’t let them sell you a dream . And if they’re deleting reviews, I can only imagine and I’m going to continue to come back evetime ."

From my initial tour of the 2 bedroom apartment until I signed my lease, Ms. Shay handled my transition to this Bouldercrest community with expertise and a sense of Family. She shared that one of the benefits, at Vesta, is If you pay your rent on time monthly, Vesta offers a discounted December rent payment that comes right on time for those Christmas gifts...I love this place!!! "This is my first apartment and Ms. Pat made the whole process so simple. From the time I submitted my application until move in day she communicated with me every step of the way. She even called a day after I moved in to check on me. So far I have had an awesome experience and I love my apartment. Very spacious and everything works the way it’s suppose to. I love my new home and a special thanks to Ms. Pat for helping me."

"Major thank you to Ms.pat! She worked with me step by step to get my big move accomplished as stress free as possible. She never made me feel like an inconvenience. Very sweet, polite, understanding and professional. Thank you to the other ladies in the office as well! They truly make you feel like family. Now I just wish the maintenance team could get the repairs mentioned at move in completed as promised as it’s been weeks now and I still don’t even have a screen door for my patio amongst other things. Quite frustrating especially with this heat. But over all great community, well kept grounds, pretty quiet. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to maintenance needs Update: maintenance has been on it now and getting all repairs handled! Thanks y’all!"
