"This apartment used to be 4 rated and a nice place to call home, when i moved here. Now with the new management things have changed. You can call and leave messages but no one takes your call or returns your call. It is not the same and the rent is high with no amenities and a gate that never locks. My backyard is full of dog poop and i don't have a dog. Management can do alot better to care for the tenants instead of only collecting rent. I made many good reviews about Rainbow Forest Circle apartment when I first moved there. Now years later I can see the difference and wish they would care more for their tenants. This would be a nice place to live."

"These apartments are not worth the money they are charging. It says one thing in the lease but they charge another. Someone tried to break in my patio door in November and they fixed it in April. My bathroom in my bedroom upstairs flooded and water came all down stairs they did get on that right away. My lease was up June 22 but I found some where to go on May 13 , I wrote them a hardship letter, so they say i can’t receive my deposit because I didn’t give them a 30 day notice , because of new management but they switched management on May 5 are probably before but didn’t let the residents know till May 10 . Since I have been there we had 4 management . I was paying 2,000 and change but in my lease was 1,117 so they old me some money . The site where you pay rent charges 50 dollars"

"DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!! They always changing landlords every 6 months, the maintenance is trash cause they never fix anything here and it’s been well over 3 years since I’ve step foot in this. They never answer the phone when you need them…plus The bugs are everywhere so it adds more problems to what they are not fixing and also the swimming pools has not been open since early summer 2019. Do yourself a favor… don’t move here."

"I didn’t want to have to write a review on these apartments, but the negligence is on my last nerve. I’ve been living here for three years and every year some thing has always gone wrong. At first these apartments were called rainbow Forest Apartments now they’ve changed to Everwood apartments, and the maintenance on the apartments have not changed. I’ve asked for a plumber to come fix my bathroom sink for almost 6 months straight now and no one has not come. The apartment building I’m living in is horrible and needs serious renovations. I would not advise anyone to move here unless it is a last chance situation and even that I wouldn’t stay for more than a year."

I was so glad to see apartment management showing concern and helping residents resolve issues.
