"Living in this dump was a special form of torture. Roaches and mold have become unwelcome roommates, and the management, if you can even call it that, is beyond incompetent. To add insult to injury, they have the audacity to charge residents for a single piece of trash that dares to venture outside the bag even though we pay for valet trash. My air conditioning was broken for weeks, I couldn’t use my sink because the garbage disposal was broken for 2 weeks, there was mold all in my apartment and they did nothing to help. Not even offer to move me to a different unit. I was getting so sick living here due to the mold issue and they clearly did not care at all. They will do anything they can to take your money for the most unreasonable excuses. The management team is extremely cheap and slimy and does not care about the residents at all. Dealing with these people genuinely feels like banging your head against a brick wall. You will not get your security deposit back. It's clear they have zero respect for their tenants and are more interested in making a quick buck than providing a habitable living environment. If you're even remotely considering moving here, do yourself a favor and run in the opposite direction. This place is not just a rip-off; it's a stress-inducing disaster waiting to happen. Save your sanity, save your money, and find an apartment where you won't be treated like a bottomless wallet."
